Vote NO on the Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025. The Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025, introduced by Senator Bernie Moreno explicitly prohibits 'dual or multiple citizenship'. Senator Moreno's proposal gives roughly 5 million citizens [with dual citizenship] one year to give up foreign ties or lose US citizenship automatically. This un-american exclusive loyalty bill is a non-issue that will create innumerable problems. It is my understanding that the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees that all persons born or naturalized in the United States are citizens, and the Supreme Court has repeatedly affirmed that this citizenship cannot be taken away by the government as a punishment or policy choice. Senator Moreno's personal beliefs should not negatively affect millions of American citizens! Vote NO on the Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025. Thank you.
