Former officials have stated that there is no plausible way ICE has millions of legitimate criminal investigations to justify such broad data access. This system prioritizes mass deportation over Americans' civil liberties and due process rights. This egregious overreach must not stand. I urge Congress to immediately hold public hearings investigating this unethical data-sharing scheme.
