Reject or rescind any calls for an Article V Convention

Reject or rescind any calls for an Article V Convention. I recently read articles mentioning far-right extremist groups and wealthy interests are attempting to envoke an Article V Convention. An article published by Common Cause(dot)org mentions that "because there are no rules for a convention in the Constitution, the delegates could be unelected and unaccountable. There’s nothing to stop them from trying to shred our First Amendment protections, gut environmental regulations, and roll back civil rights advances." Given the current political climate, it seems an Article V Convention would be a very bad idea; allowing for more constitutional chaos. With that, if the situation presents itself, I'm asking you to reject or rescind any calls for an Article V Convention.
