An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Challenge unconstitutional centralization of power in executive order

12 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

This executive order represents a violation of the constitutional principle of separation of powers by consolidating the interpretation of laws solely under the President and Attorney General. Stripping independent agencies of their authority to implement regulations through legal interpretations disrupts the checks and balances critical to American democracy. Such centralization of power raises severe concerns over adherence to the rule of law and risks enabling executive overreach without accountability or oversight. For the preservation of the nation's foundational system of governance, this order must be challenged as unconstitutional.
