Vote NO on HR867. It sets a terrible and dangerous standard to allow anyone, especially a foreign government accused and charged with genocide, to dictate how we choose to: resist, spend our hard earned money or not, or not support the ongoing slaughter of innocent children. It is absurd to take away this form of protest when our government began in protest! Do the right thing and stop this nonsense. Vote NO to this controlling, manipulative bill. We get to choose when where and how to spend our money!!
