An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Epstein Files Now — Enforce the Law and Prosecute the Guilty Now!

447 so far! Help us get to 500 signers!

The American people are demanding action, and your continued silence and inaction regarding the Epstein Files is unacceptable. More than six months have now passed since the legally required deadline to release these files to the public. Six months. That is not a bureaucratic delay — it is obstruction. It is a failure to enforce the law, a failure to uphold congressional authority, and a direct insult to every American who expects equal justice under the law. The Department of Justice must immediately release the Epstein Files in full, with only the narrowest redactions necessary to protect actual victims and minors. Every individual who participated in, enabled, financed, concealed, or benefited from Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal network must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law — regardless of wealth, celebrity status, political affiliation, or position of power. Pam Bondi’s refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena is another disgraceful example of powerful officials acting as though they are above the law. If ordinary Americans ignored subpoenas or defied lawful oversight, consequences would be swift. Congress cannot continue allowing political elites and administration officials to operate under a completely different standard of justice. This issue is not partisan. Americans across every political party, every ideology, and every walk of life agree on one thing: child exploitation, trafficking, corruption, and elite protection networks must be exposed completely. Republicans, Democrats, Independents — we all want the truth. We all want accountability. And we all see the endless delays for exactly what they are: stalling tactics. The American people are not distracted. We have not forgotten about the Epstein Files, and we will not forget. No amount of manufactured outrage, unnecessary wars, sensational headlines, “alien disclosures,” or political theater will bury this issue. Every delay only deepens public distrust in our institutions and strengthens the belief that the rich and politically connected are protected while ordinary citizens are expected to obey every law without exception. Congress has both the authority and the responsibility to enforce its own subpoenas, defend its oversight powers, and compel compliance from the Department of Justice. If subpoenas can simply be ignored without consequence, then congressional oversight itself becomes meaningless. Enough delays. Enough excuses. Enough protecting the powerful. Release the Epstein Files immediately. Enforce the subpoenas. Hold officials in contempt if necessary. Prosecute every guilty person involved. Show the American people that justice still exists in this country. The victims deserve the truth. The public deserves accountability. And America deserves a government that follows its own laws.
