Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, yet transparency without accountability is meaningless. Releasing documents is not justice. Holding hearings is not justice. Promising investigations while credible allegations go unanswered is not justice.
The October 26 House Judiciary Democrats’ report raises disturbing allegations involving 11 women, FBI records, and Epstein documents. It questions whether federal officials improperly interfered with investigations and whether political considerations influenced the handling of evidence. These allegations demand independent scrutiny—not partisan dismissals, political spin, or another convenient declaration that there is nothing left to investigate.
I do not care if the people implicated are billionaires, celebrities, politicians, or royalty. No one is above the law. Being named in the files does not establish guilt, but credible evidence must be investigated regardless of whose reputation or career might be threatened.
I demand that Congress take immediate, concrete action:
- Launch a bipartisan investigation into the DOJ and FBI’s handling of Epstein-related evidence, including allegations of suppressed evidence, improper redactions, and political interference.
-Demand answers from the DOJ and FBI about investigative leads, declined prosecutions, withheld records, and compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
-Pursue independent investigations wherever conflicts of interest or credible evidence of official misconduct warrant them.
-Refer evidence to the appropriate prosecutors and pursue every criminal charge supported by admissible evidence, regardless of wealth, status, or political connections.
-Protect survivors by safeguarding their identities, preventing retaliation, preserving evidence, and ensuring their testimony receives serious, impartial consideration.
If officials obstructed justice or unlawfully concealed evidence, hold them accountable. If credible evidence implicates additional perpetrators, investigate them. If prosecution is declined, demand a documented legal explanation, subject to legitimate confidentiality requirements.
The Epstein case must not become another example of a justice system that works for the powerful and fails the vulnerable.
Congress has oversight authority and a duty to act. Use it. Stop making promises. Stop hiding behind politics. Deliver accountability.
I expect a written response detailing the specific actions you will take. Survivors have waited long enough.
