An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Demand the release of student activist Mahmoud Khalil.

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

On March 8, DHS agents abducted Mahmoud Khalil, a U.S. permanent resident and student activist for Palestinian rights, from his New York apartment. Mahmoud was targeted for his political speech and activism in support of Palestinian freedom and for an end to the Israeli genocide of Palestinians in Gaza.  Mahmoud is currently being held in an ICE facility, reportedly already moved out of New York, and could face imminent deportation. His wife, a U.S. citizen, is eight months pregnant.  This is unacceptable. These are the actions of a fascist government. I strongly urge you to do whatever you can to ensure Mahmoud's release and protect student activists from the reach of the Trump regime.
