I hope everyone sees the article today by Charles Raul, who has represented the government as an attorney under several Republican administrations. He states, as should be clear to everyone, that DOGE is acting illegally.
In his piece, titled, Why DOGE is unconstitutional,he writes, “What is not debatable, however, is that Congress has not authorized this radical overhaul, and the protocols of the Constitution do not permit statutorily mandated agencies and programs to be transformed — or reorganized out of existence — without congressional authorization.”
DOGE needs to be held accountable for its actions against the US and its people. Its illegal actions must cease. Congress must stand up for the citizens they represent and for the Constitution to which all signed an oath.
