I am outraged having just witnessed the assault and detaining of California Senator Alex Padilla by thug FBI and DHS agents at a press conference. This treatment of a duly elected United States Senator trying to conduct oversight in his own state of an unlawful occupation by federal military forces is vile. In fact, it is wholly unconstitutional, unAmerican and likely traitorous since the offenders are purportedly sworn federal agents. As your constituent, I DEMAND that you cease any and all cooperation with any part of the fascist Trump regime and its Republican allies. It is now your duty to fight against this regime until our constitutional rights are restored. ALSO, I DEMAND full accountability, including the firing and full prosecution of all federal employees and agents that participated in the abuse and assault of Senator Padilla.
