Tennessee Moving To Execute Women For Abortion - PASS THE WHPA NOW

I am your constituent and I just learned that Tennessee is considering anti woman legislation that will make it a capital offense to have an abortion. They have some exceptions for abortion but not enough they don’t cover every medical emergency. Doctors and women would have to prove that they met legal exceptions of go to jail or be sentenced to death. I am fed up with almost half of this country claiming to be pro life and then willing to sacrifice women. Women are full citizens and they are entitled to bodily autonomy. I demand that the Women’s Health Protection Act be brought to a vote. It would restore the right to an abortion nationwide and be a first step towards restoring women to full citizenship. The Dobbs ruling claimed women are not without political power to institute the right to abortion. HOW ABOUT NOW and then PASS THE EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT. Thank you.
