Close 3-day Gun Loophole

We must have common sense gun laws. House Bill 2543 needs to pass when it comes up for vote. This bill will eliminate the 3 day waiting period loophole that allows a gun sale to go through if the background check doesn't come back within 3 days. Normally they clear within minutes but if there are issues or backlogs they can take longer. In cases where the check takes longer, they are 4 times more likely to be denied, but because of the loop hole, the sale still goes through.
