An open letter to the U.S. House of Representatives

Vote against discriminatory legislation targeting transgender students

41 so far! Help us get to 50 signers!

H.R. 28, the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025, poses a serious threat to the rights and well-being of transgender youth. Enforcing a policy that discriminates against students based solely on their gender assigned at birth would be harmful and regressive. All students deserve the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in an environment that respects and affirms their identity and humanity. We must protect transgender students' right to equal access and full participation in school activities, including sports teams aligned with their gender identity. This bill promotes prejudice and perpetuates the stigmatization of an already vulnerable group. I urge you to vote against H.R. 28 and uphold principles of equality, compassion, and inclusion for all students.
