Save Oak Flat Act- I stand with Native Youth

This week a group of Native students from Brophy Prep in Phoenix are running 230 miles to advocate for the passage of the Save Oak Flat Act in congress. Their run will take them to Oak Flat, a holy and sacred site to the San Carlos Apache Tribe being threatened by the Resolution Copper Mine. Not only will the mine violate the 1st amendment rights of the Apache, but it will also destroy critical habitat for endangered species, cut off access to a world class climbing area, and contaminate billions of gallons of water.
