Attorney General Jennifer Davenport stated that mifepristone remains legal in New Jersey, despite a recent Fifth Circuit decision that could limit access elsewhere. She affirmed that the state will continue to protect patients’ access to essential reproductive health care. WE THE PEOPLE urge you to make sure that we remain in control of our bodies and our healthcare regardless of federal attempts to remove our autonomy. The United States of America is no longer free.
