PROTECT THE CFPB!!

Are you going to stand back and allow Elon to trash so many agencies? Now the consumer financial protection bureau?! That agency has gone to bat for the individual Americans. It has been the best thing we have had for the individual. It has recouped $21B since it’s inception almost 20 years ago from shoddy/shady financial institutions! Are you gonna allow that to be taken away from us?! At the behest of big financial practitioners?! Are you gonna sit back and allow it to just be thrown under the bus?! Are you going to allow Elon to dismantle our government agency by agency? Where is the congressional branch? You’re supposed to be a check against an authoritarian leaning president! You are not living up to your oath if you continue to allow this to happen. The framers of the constitution set it up so that you would be a co-equal branch of the government and we wouldn’t have a leader run amok. This needs to stop. AND WE NEED THE CFPBTO BE PROTECTED!! so it will continue to protect us, the little guy.
