End the marihuana war against “Darkies.”

Mr. Joe Biden, the policy on marihuana, is one whose history is based on targeted racism against Negroes and Hispanics from the inception of the war on drugs. Harry Anslinger conflated drug use, race, and music to criminalize non-whiteness and create a prison-industrial complex. He is known to have said, “Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.” The drug war, without question, is a violent war sanctioned against Blacks and Hispanics. We must end this insidious and inhumane war against basic Human Rights!
