Marijuana law context needed for Ohio representatives

Stop trying to override the will of Ohio voters who overwhelmingly supported legal marijuana access through the passage of Issue 3 in 2015. SB 56 seeks to rewrite and undermine key provisions of that voter-approved law, including capping the legal THC content at 70% for cannabis plant matter - well below the current allowance for dispensary products. This would severely restrict legal access to the full therapeutic potential of medical marijuana, unfairly punishing patients. Lawmakers should respect Ohioans' clear wishes on this issue instead of pushing regressive legislation that flies in the face of the reforms we demanded at the ballot box. Protect patient rights and reject SB 56.
