Confirm Gigi Sohn for the FCC.

The Federal Communications Commission has been without a governing majority for the entire Biden administration. That means that the agency hasn’t been able to do things like restore Net Neutrality and the FCC’s authority over high-speed internet. It is urgent that the Senate confirm President Biden’s nominee Gigi Sohn. Please urge Commerce Committee Chair Senator Cantwell to hold the vote immediately. Gigi Sohn has long championed Net Neutrality, strong rules to hold ISPs accountable, media diversity and consumer protections. And we can’t afford further delay on her confirmation.
