Impeach and Remove Secretary Kennedy as a Liar and Danger to Public Health

I’m writing to urge you to support the impeachment and removal of Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from his position as Secretary of Health and Human Services. It must be plain to everyone that gets any news at all that Secretary Kennedy has violated his oath of office by lying to Congress during confirmation hearings and systematically dismantling the public health infrastructure that protects American lives. During his confirmation hearings, Secretary Kennedy made three explicit promises to Congress: he would not discourage people from taking vaccines, he would work within current vaccine approval and safety monitoring systems, and he would maintain the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. He has broken every single promise. He has falsely claimed the MMR vaccine causes death, terminated $500 million in mRNA research contracts, and dismissed all 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, replacing them with vaccine critics. The damage extends far beyond vaccines. Secretary Kennedy has cut funding for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome research, breast cancer research, ovarian cancer research, and pediatric cancer studies. He has eliminated funding for biological sample storage used in multi-generational disease research. All this also has had economic effects. pharmaceutical companies are laying off workers and scaling back research on many crucial areas of research. He’s also attempted to ban researchers from publishing in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and has undermined scientists who expose scientific fraud. These actions have disrupted critical biomedical research that saves lives and advances medical knowledge. Secretary Kennedy's promotion of dangerous conspiracies and disinformation has resulted in preventable deaths, billions in economic losses, and the unlawful termination of thousands of public servants. His actions have fomented harassment and violence against public health workers who dedicate their careers to protecting Americans. I urge you to review this evidence and support impeachment proceedings. Thank you.
