An open letter to the President

4th Amendment needs to be protected before Donald Trump takes office.

The warrantless purchase of Americans' data by Pentagon agencies is a flagrant violation of privacy rights and constitutional protections against unreasonable searches. This unethical practice circumvents judicial oversight and undermines civil liberties that are fundamental to a free society. The President must put an immediate stop to these unlawful data acquisitions from shady brokers. Upholding the Fourth Amendment should be a core responsibility of the government, not an optional guideline to be disregarded. Failure to act decisively erodes public trust and sets a dangerous precedent of unchecked surveillance overreach. Protecting citizens' privacy must take precedence over any perceived intelligence benefits derived from these unconstitutional data purchases.
