Investigate SCOTUS tax fraud.

Now that we know that Justice Thomas accepted OVER $4 million in “gifts” over the years, we need to look at the tax implications. Did he declare these on his 1040 and pay income tax? Or did the donors declare these as gifts and pay the appropriate gift taxes? Any gifts of property, cash or services over $18K per individual ($36K per couple) requires a gift tax to be paid. At the couple’s rate of $36K, $4 million equates to over 110 years of gifts. I think this should be investigated and the appropriate taxes , plus penalties and interest if appropriate should be collected.
