Democratic majorities in both houses of Congress must invoke the 14th Amendment and bar Donald Trump and any member of Congress who played a role in perpetuating the lies that led to the 1/6 insurrection from holding future office. In addition to that, the DOJ has no choice now but to bring criminal charges against Trump. One way or another the federal government has to set the precedent that incitement to insurrection will not go unpunished. I expect you to invoke the 14th Amendment as soon as possible.
