Trump's blatant disregard for the rule of law is an existential threat to American democracy, and Congress cannot afford to stand by while he dismantles our institutions. I demand immediate impeachment proceedings. Trump has already shown his contempt for democratic norms, the judiciary, and the separation of powers. If left unchecked, he will continue his lawless power grab. He must be removed from office before he does irreversible damage to the Republic. The time for political posturing is over. Act now!
