I urge you to vote NO on H.R. 32, The No Bailout for Sanctuary Cities Act. This bill is a direct attack on our communities - threatening the funding of our schools, hospitals, buses, shelters, legal aid departments, and even our law enforcement agencies. The bill would cut federal funding to any state, city or locality deemed a "Sanctuary" jurisdiction. We must not let President Trump hold our communities hostage, forcing us all to participate in his extremist, anti-immigrant political agenda or face the threat of losing badly needed federal funding.
