An open letter to the U.S. Senate

SCOTUS needs a deep investigation and major changes

181 so far! Help us get to 250 signers!

We knew Justices Thomas and Alito were corrupt for the trips and vacations they accepted from people and corporations that had cases before the court without disclosing them. There may be IRS regulations that were ignored. Now it appears that Chief Justice John Roberts may be worse. He has apparently been reporting his wife’s income from law firms appearing before the court as his salary and not recusing himself from hundreds of cases in which his wife had a financial interest. We need an immediate investigation with testimony from Roberts under oath and from his wife and firms she is associated with. No new appointments to SCOTUS until an enforceable standard of conduct for SCOTUS justices is written by Congress, and all incumbent justices disclose any actions they have done prior to the new standards and a pledge to adhere to the standards from now on. This is a disgusting state of affairs and undermines any trust in decisions that this court has ruled.
