Refuse to back the Republican Continuing Resolution (Republican’s awful stopgap funding bill). Do NOT support the bill unless it includes necessary and enforceable guardrails to stop illegal DOGE activities. Urge Republicans to consider another extension to allow time to develop reasonable individual spending bills. Stand against President Trump and Elon Musk as their new administration seeks to dismantle many federal government agencies and our democracy. Democrat Representatives (and any Republican Reps that believe in democracy) need to unify on a clean Continuing Resolution that will keep the government open and give Congress time to negotiate bipartisan legislation that is honorable and equitable.
