There's nothing Christ-like about crime boss Trump and his cronies.

Pete Hegseth — the man who invited a pastor to speak at the Pentagon who has literally called for banning public Catholicism in America — wants you to "pray for our troops in the name of Jesus." And Donald Trump — the man who threatened to wipe out an entire civilization and has been accused of planning strikes on civilian infrastructure that experts call war crimes — wants your prayers too. But the FIRST AMERICAN-BORN POPE IN HISTORY? The one man on Earth with the moral authority of 1.4 billion Catholics behind him? He speaks out against innocent children and elderly being slaughtered in an unjust war — and suddenly he's the problem. Pope Leo XIV said plainly: Jesus "does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war, but rejects them." And THAT is what sent the Pentagon into a rage. Not the bombs. Not the threats to annihilate a civilization. Not the targeting of civilian power grids and bridges. The Pope quoting Jesus. These men wave the cross like a weapon and then threaten the Holy See when a fellow American — a man of God — dares to remind them what that cross actually stands for. The hypocrisy isn't even subtle anymore. It's a feature, not a bug. Pray for our troops? Sure. Pray for the innocent civilians too. Pray for the people Trump threatened to erase from history. And maybe — just maybe — pray that the men asking for those prayers ever read the book they keep hiding behind.
