Biden - Use the 14th Amendment to Pay Our Bills

House republicans are holding our country and our economy hostage by playing chicken with the debt ceiling. This is highly irresponsible and reprehensible. As even Josh Hawley supports, I am urging President Biden to use the 14th amendment and the superseding legislation Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to made sure our country's bills are paid. Allowing the US to default on our previously approved spending debt is not an option. Thank you.
