Project 25 opposes the constitution. Silence is violence. Speak up!

The agenda known as Project 2025, organized by the Heritage Foundation and its ideological partners, is not a typical policy platform—it is a sweeping plan to concentrate power and reshape the United States along rigid ideological lines. At its core is the proposal to purge thousands of nonpartisan civil servants and replace them with political loyalists, weakening the professional institutions that safeguard public health, civil rights, and democratic accountability. Equally alarming is the social vision embedded within this blueprint. Project 2025 advances policies that would further restrict women’s autonomy and reproductive rights, undermining decades of progress toward equality. It aligns with efforts across the country that restrict access to voting through aggressive purges, administrative barriers, and other forms of voter suppression that disproportionately impact marginalized communities. Perhaps most troubling is the clear embrace of a governing philosophy rooted in Christian nationalism—the idea that the United States should privilege one religious worldview within its laws and institutions. Such a vision runs directly counter to the constitutional commitment to religious freedom and the separation of church and state. Congress cannot remain passive in the face of such a coordinated attempt to erode democratic norms. Lawmakers must strengthen protections for career civil servants, defend voting rights, safeguard women’s autonomy, and ensure that government remains secular and accountable to all citizens—not just a favored ideological faction. The Constitution demands vigilance. Congress’s duty is not to enable this agenda, but to stop it. Project 25 is history repeating itself. We’re supposed to rail against that- not sit idly by and let it happen again.
