Fund office for civil rights and civil liberties.

I want the Senate to pass every item in the Democrats’ ICE “wish list.” I also want you to fully fund The Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. That office, which is charged with inspecting ICE detention facilities and investigating officers’ use of force, among other duties, has been all but eliminated. Fund it, staff it, and give it binding enforcement authority. This is really important.
