Today I take pen in hand to write and urge the swift appointment of Julia M. Lipez to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.   We support Justice Lipez because of her long service in the US Attorney’s office and the Maine Superior Court, in many cases of consequence. Her appointment would also affirm the commitment of the administration to gender diversity in our court system   We have no time to waste. Please vote YES on PN 1808 for Julia M. Lipez. Thank you.
