Vote NO on Judicial Nominees Whitney Hermandorfer and Jordan Pratt
1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!
I urge you to vote NO on the nominations of Whitney Hermandorfer and Jordan Pratt. This is not a partisan request, but a call to protect the integrity and fairness of the federal judiciary.
Whitney Hermandorfer, nominated to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, led litigation defending Tennessee’s extreme abortion ban—including in medically dangerous cases[^1]—and fought to block transgender healthcare protections[^2]. She has never tried a jury case and has only ten years of legal experience[^3], falling short of the ABA’s 12-year recommendation[^4].
Jordan Pratt, nominated for the Middle District of Florida, used his previous roles to restrict abortion access for minors[^5], oppose pronoun use for trans people on First Amendment grounds[^6], and challenge transgender healthcare rights[^7]. He also supported voter restrictions in Florida that disproportionately harmed communities of color[^9].
Both nominees have records showing ideological agendas, not the impartiality the federal bench demands.
Federal courts must be fair, independent, and grounded in the Constitution—not shaped by political loyalty or ideology. These nominees do not meet that standard. Please protect the judiciary’s credibility by voting NO on Hermandorfer and Pratt.
Thank you for your service.
