Investigate Musk's overreach endangering democratic norms

We are deeply concerned about reports of Elon Musk overstepping his legal authority as a government adviser. His apparent seizure of control over federal agencies and access to sensitive systems like the Treasury payment systems appears to violate laws protecting government operations from undue interference. While efforts to increase efficiency are laudable, bypassing constitutional processes and compromising agency independence threatens core democratic principles. We need to vote to subpoena or arrest Elon Musk. We urge Congress to thoroughly investigate these actions and take necessary steps to uphold the rule of law and proper limits on executive power. Unchecked overreach sets a dangerous precedent that undermines government accountability to the people.
