Oppose Harmeet Dhillon for Atty. General. Unfit and Demented.

Today I’m writing to urge you in the strongest possible terms to oppose and Vote NO on Harmeet Dhillon as the next attorney general of the United States. Her record before, and during this administration demonstrates a complete lack of commitment to protecting civil rights and defending the Constitution and the law. To start, Dhillon has continually perpetuated baseless claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, filed meritless lawsuits challenging the results, and called for partisan loyalty from Supreme Court justices. She rejects restoring the full protections of the Voting Rights Act. What does this woman actually stand for in law? Here’s some clues: Her aggressive rhetoric and actions threaten the fundamental right to vote. In addition, Dhillon has taken hostile stances against reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and gender-affirming care for transgender youth - falsely portraying it as child abuse. As a self-described "lawyer for the pro-life movement," she will absolutely not enforce laws protecting access to abortion services. In her commercial practice, Dhillon has also defended clients accused of fostering discriminatory work environments and filed questionable suits against hospitals providing care to transgender patients. Her record demonstrates she will not defend the civil rights of vulnerable communities as the DOJ mandate requires. Dhillon has no scruples, and an extensive history of undermining core civil rights. She’s unfit for ANY office including the one she holds. Please oppose her nomination for head of the DOJ, expose her duplicity to civil rights and vote NO. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
