Expel the Member Immediately

You need to vote to expel him. Whatever procedural hesitation exists in your chamber, it is not a good enough reason to let this stand. The integrity of the institution depends on members being held to account, and right now that accountability is absent. This is not a close call. The facts are on the record. Allowing him to remain sends a clear message to every constituent watching that the rules don't apply equally. Cast the vote to remove him.
