Subpoena the unredacted files: Ensure that Congress, not just the DOJ, determines what information is truly "privileged." 2.. Demand a Categorized List: Require the DOJ to re-release the "Politically Exposed Persons" list with clear categories (e.g., flight log passenger, press clipping reference, or investigative target). 3.. Investigate the "Spying" Allegations: Address recent reports that the DOJ has been tracking the search history of lawmakers reviewing these files. We are a nation of laws, and justice for the victims of Jeffrey Epstein’s network requires an honest accounting, not a curated list designed to protect the powerful while slandering the irrelevant.
