EPSTEIN. JUSTICE REQUIRES ACCOUNTABILITY. WILL DOJ EVER COME CLEAN?

Shocker. More waffling and dodging from Trump DOJ poodle Todd Blanche.
In response to a suit brought against the Justice Department over their limited release of the Epstein files, a judge issued a mandate that the department either release more investigative materials, including unredacted names of potential co-conspirators and FBI interview notes, or explain their refusal to do so.
The response from DOJ and Blanche can be easily summarized…releasing more materials would harm Epstein’s victims and the government.
Epstein victims have already been harmed BY the government when a number of them were doxxed by inefficient, incompetent, or deliberate un-redaction. So that seems disingenuous to say the least.
And we would all like to know how the government would be harmed by releasing more information relating to a major pedophile, his actions, and communications with co-conspirators.
The rebuttal suggestion by the DOJ that they would be fine with a behind-closed-doors review of the materials by a judge just reeks of more cover-up efforts.
Blanche has also said DOJ withheld documents for some reasons that were not explicitly allowed, such as to shield internal department deliberations tied to Epstein.
Why? To cover up shoddy investigating? Or to cover-up a cover-up?
In July 2025, the DOJ and FBI released a memo saying Epstein "harmed over one thousand victims," but that, after a review of their files, they "did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties."
No Epstein associate beyond Ghislaine Maxwell has faced criminal charges in the US tied to the sex-trafficking allegations against him.
That’s laughable. It’s easy to see why that might be if only token efforts were made to do so.
The current suit goes on to accuse Blanche of violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act in multiple ways. Including by redacting the names of senders and recipients in email exchanges with Epstein about a "torture video" and sex with young women. Including minors.
The suit also accuses Blanche of breaking the law by redacting the names of potential Epstein co-defendants from a draft criminal indictment.
And by withholding certain notes from FBI interviews that mentioned Trump.
The judge concluded, in his decision to order Blanche to release more information or explain himself, that Blanche had likely violated the transparency law.
He noted that Blanche, responding to the lawsuit through DOJ lawyers, made various procedural arguments for why the suit should be dismissed, but did not "respond substantively to any of (the) arguments" alleging he violated the transparency law.
At this point the concerted and continued efforts by Blanche and the DOJ tell us everything we need to know…there is something they are hiding.
And no reasonable person could, or would, assume otherwise.
