The Clarity Act is a label branding strategy repeatedly used in hopes of pushing through unscrupulous agendas. It's my understanding that the Clarity Act has the potential of creating loopholes that could allow illicit financing and harm U.S. national security. The Act may not adequately regulate the cryptocurrency industry, which could enable 'bad actors' to exploit these gaps. Vote NO on the Clarity Act.
