Our roads are the backbone of our community. They keep us connected for our economy, our emergency services, and recreation. These cuts are a legislative failure and I agree that the layoffs constitute an emergency in our transportation system that will hurt every part of Oregon. Call a special session and create a funding plan that will support ODOT.
