Support the Talking Filibuster

Hi, I’m writing to voice my support for amending filibuster rules. Elected senators have an obligation to represent their constituents and engage in democratic collaboration on issues. It is anti-democratic for a minority to block popular and bipartisan House-passed legislation. I’m asking you to support the “talking filibuster,” where senators would have to publicly explain their objections to proposed legislation. Thank you.
