An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Enforce the Law—Release the Epstein Files Now

859 so far! Help us get to 1,000 signers!

I demand immediate action to enforce the law and compel the full release of the Jeffrey Epstein files. Congress exercised its constitutional authority by requiring these records to be released. Yet months later, the Department of Justice continues to withhold information from the American people. A federal court has since ruled that the DOJ is likely failing to comply with the law and ordered the Department to justify its continued withholding of records and produce additional materials for judicial review. Despite that, the American people are still waiting. This is no longer just about transparency—it is about whether the Executive Branch can ignore both Congress and the courts. The Constitution gives Congress the authority and the duty to oversee the Executive Branch. If the DOJ can disregard a law passed by Congress and resist complying with court-ordered disclosure, then Congress must respond. Oversight is not optional. It is one of your most important constitutional responsibilities. This is not a partisan issue. Republicans, Democrats, and Independents all deserve the truth. Victims deserve justice. The public deserves accountability. Anyone who committed crimes or helped conceal them—regardless of wealth, political party, or position—must be held accountable. Likewise, transparency protects those who have been wrongly accused. Secrecy serves no one except those who benefit from unanswered questions. Stop accepting excuses. Hold immediate public hearings. Issue subpoenas. Compel testimony under oath. Demand every record required by law. If DOJ officials refuse to comply, use Congress’s contempt powers and every constitutional oversight tool available until they do. Every day these files remain hidden further erodes public confidence in our institutions. Congress wrote the law. A federal court has demanded greater compliance. Now Congress must enforce its authority. Do your job. Defend the Constitution. Enforce the law. Release the Epstein files in full—without further delay.
