Shut down the Hagerstown, Maryland ICE death detention center

I'm writing to demand that you shut down the Hagerstown ICE detention center immediately and by any means you have available to you. For example: Ensure that they are doing every single aspect to code and if not haul them into court. Don't allow air conditioning or electrical work to be done on the facility, don't allow food to be delivered, shut down all the water that is to the facility etc. Also make it punishable or undesirable consequences if people from Maryland take a job at this facility.
