Vote No on HB 4938. It is a huge infringement on our most basic freedoms. Not only should pornography made by and for consenting adults be legal; but Michigan’s citizens deserve the right to freely express themselves however they would like to, regardless of whether or not their appearance matches society’s norms. The fact that this bill was even proposed is a slap in the face of our constitution and its sacred first amendment. Vote No on this bill, and shame the representatives who brought it forward.
