Investigation needed: DoD crash culpability

I write to demand a congressional investigation into the American Airlines/Blackhawk crash near Reagan National. Civilian citizens’ deaths resulting from military operations are unacceptable. Americans deserve to know the real cause and facts to support it. I fear that DoD incompetence may have contributed to the collision, and this incompetence may have started from the top, when the least qualified Secretary of Defense was confirmed by the smallest margin in history. Senators, be more wary of who you vote to confirm, more is at stake than we know.
