An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Subpoena Elon Musk to Learn What He Knows About the Epstein Files

20 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

We are writing to demand that you subpoena Elon Musk to testify under oath about what he knows regarding Jeffrey Epstein’s network and client list. Musk has publicly said that Donald Trump is on Epstein’s client list. If that’s true, it would explain a lot—especially why Trump seems so determined to keep the truth from coming out. We need to know what Musk knows, and Congress has the power to get those answers. Let’s lay out the facts: • Trump and Epstein were friends for years. There are many photos of them together, and Trump once called Epstein a “terrific guy.” • Trump flew on Epstein’s private plane, which was used to traffic girls and young women. • Trump and his allies promised during their campaigns to “expose” Epstein’s network. They used that promise to win support—but now they’ve gone silent, even after Attorney General Pam Bondi claimed to have Epstein’s client list on her desk. Since that time the administration has flip-flopped repeatedly, forever changing their story and excuse for not releasing the files. • House Speaker Mike Johnson abruptly dismissed Congress early to avoid a vote on releasing the Epstein client list. That’s not normal—it looks like a deliberate move to protect powerful people, possibly including Trump. • Instead of helping, Trump is blocking efforts to release the full Epstein files. That looks like obstruction of justice, especially if he’s trying to protect himself. • Trump has already been found liable for sexual abuse in court. That ruling shows he has a known history of predatory sexual behavior. Put simply: Trump may be one of Epstein’s clients, and he may be covering it up. If Musk is telling the truth about Trump being on the client list, then the American public has a right to know. If he’s lying or exaggerating, then that should come out under oath. Either way, this cannot be ignored. We are asking you—on behalf of the victims, and in the name of justice—to subpoena Elon Musk and get the truth on record. The Epstein case is not over. The survivors deserve answers. And the public deserves to know who else was involved in this criminal network. No one is above the law—not billionaires, and not presidents.
