RESOLUTION Impeaching Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors. Resolved, That Pamela Jo Bondi is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and these articles be presented to the Senate: ARTICLE I: Willful Violation of Constitutional Rights As Attorney General, Bondi permitted ICE to detain U.S. citizen Juan Carlos Lopez‑Gomez on or about April 17, 2025, despite a state court finding no probable cause and confirming his legal status. She did not intervene, investigate, or direct ICE to comply, enabling his unlawful detention and violating due process and equal protection under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. ARTICLE II: Obstruction of Justice and Contempt for Judicial Authority Bondi disregarded judicial authority in the case of lawful resident Kilmar Ábrego García, deported under a blocked policy. She refused to enforce a judicial order to return him and supported ICE’s refusal to release him, obstructing a court order, setting a dangerous precedent of executive defiance, and encouraging a culture of lawlessness within federal law enforcement agencies. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. ARTICLE III: Abuse of Power for Political Retaliation Bondi weaponized the DOJ to pursue political opponents and shield allies. After Donald J. Trump’s civil fraud conviction by New York AG Letitia James, she launched a retaliatory criminal investigation into James. This misuse of federal power for reprisal violates impartial justice, undermines DOJ integrity, and breaches her oath of office. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. ARTICLE IV: Breach of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Bondi failed to disclose her prior lobbying and consulting for foreign governments and private prison companies. Her support for expanded ICE detention and DOJ contracts with for‑profit prisons raises serious questions about conflicts of interest and improper influence on federal law enforcement policy. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. ARTICLE V: Dereliction of Duty in Matters of National Security Bondi dismantled critical security infrastructure, including the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force and DOJ’s Task Force KleptoCapture, weakening U.S. defenses against foreign interference and economic exploitation by oligarchic regimes and criminal syndicates. This reckless neglect constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. Therefore, Bondi’s conduct warrants impeachment, trial, removal, and disqualification from federal office.
