On Wednesday, the Supreme Court heard arguments on Trump’s tariffs and justices across the ideological spectrum expressed deep skepticism about their legality. Chief Justice Roberts noted that taxing Americans has always been “the core power of Congress,” and multiple justices questioned whether the president can unilaterally impose duties under a statute that never mentions the word “tariff” (NPR, November 5, 2025). Lower courts have already ruled these tariffs illegal. The economic damage is mounting: American households are paying between $1,200 and $2,400 more per year, manufacturing has shed over 40,000 jobs since April, and the government could owe $750 billion in refunds if the Court strikes them down (Tax Foundation, Treasury filing). These tariffs are not protecting American workers. They are taxing them. I urge you to repeal this reckless policy immediately and restore economic stability for families and businesses.
During his campaign, President Trump promised to release all files related to Jeffrey Epstein. He has broken that promise. The House Oversight Committee received only 33,295 pages out of more than 100,000 pages the Justice Department possesses (House Oversight Committee, September 2025). In July, the DOJ declared “no further disclosure would be appropriate,” contradicting earlier pledges for transparency. Three federal judges have now rejected the administration’s narrow requests to unseal grand jury materials, with one judge calling it a “diversion” from the mountain of files already compiled (NBC News, August 2025). Bipartisan lawmakers including Representatives Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna are demanding full release. Attorney General Bondi confirmed to The Wall Street Journal that Trump’s name appears in the files multiple times. The American people deserve the truth. I demand you release all unclassified Epstein files immediately, without redactions that protect the powerful at the expense of transparency and justice for survivors.
