Here's the letter body: To the Republicans still pretending Trump speaks for America, Most of the country did not want this parade. Poll after poll showed Americans thought it was a waste. But I am glad you allowed it. Because it showed exactly how little of America even cared to show up for your golden toddler tantrum. Fewer than 100,000 people lined the streets. And let’s be honest. Many of them were not even there in support. They were just curious. Watching the spectacle. Waiting for the rain to end and the embarrassment to begin. Meanwhile, over 5 million Americans marched in “No Kings” protests across all 50 states. They came from cities and small towns. They came from every race, religion, age, and background. They did not need fireworks. They did not need tanks. They showed up because they are done with the lies, the cruelty, the grift, and the cowardice. You called it a show of strength. But the only thing it showed was how weak this movement has become without the illusion of power propping it up. The parade exposed you. The protests exposed the truth. Wake the hell up. Your party is shrinking. Your support is hollow. And your loyalty to a man who throws birthday parades while the world burns will cost you every last shred of relevance.
