These bans claim to protect fairness, but they're designed to discriminate. In precision sports like darts, there's no credible argument that being transgender creates a competitive advantage. Players of all body types compete successfully. If physical characteristics like height and reach determined outcomes, every tall player would dominate, which clearly isn't the case. Transgender athletes who have competed for years without controversy are suddenly being stripped of their careers based on fearmongering, not evidence. These athletes earned their places through skill and dedication, and they deserve to keep them. What competitive advantage does a transgender person have in darts, or archery, or shooting? None.
